The Revenue Replacement Program (RRP) is part of the state government's agreed harm reduction strategy, for those Indigenous councils divesting or surrendering profitable general liquor licences.
The RRP commenced in 2008-2009 and is allocated to eligible councils.
Payment and reporting requirements
Funding is paid on a bi-annual basis, subject to all requirements of the funding agreement being met.
