MyDAS2 (My Development Assessment System) is the new online system for the preparation and assessment of applications under the Planning Act 2016. MyDAS2 allows applicants to prepare and lodge (or refer) particular applications to the department, as the State Assessment and Referral Agency (SARA), where the State is the assessment manager or a referral agency for a development application.

MyDAS2 allows:

  • online lodgement of development applications
  • tracking through development assessment
  • integration with the DA mapping system
  • electronic payment of fees.

Please note that MyDAS2 has replaced MyDAS, the previous electronic lodgement system for development applications made under the Sustainable Planning Act 2009. New applications and referrals can no longer be submitted using MyDAS.

  • If you have an existing application that was submitted in MyDAS, you can continue to use MyDAS for your application. Please contact the relevant regional SARA office if you require any assistance.

Access your applications under the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 using MyDAS.

Prepare or track your applications under the Planning Act 2016 using MyDAS2.

IMPORTANT: You cannot use MyDAS2 to lodge a development application directly with a local government assessment manager. You will need to give your application to the relevant local government by other means.
