On 6 June 2014, the Deputy Premier and Minister for State Development, Infrastructure and Planning decided to exercise his ministerial call in powers and called in the development application for the Masters Home Improvement Store in Kepnock, Bundaberg. View the call in notice (PDF icon 345 KB).

On 6 June 2014, additional information (PDF icon 42 KB) was requested from the applicant to assist the Minister in his assessment.

On 16 April 2014, the Minister issued a proposed call in notice and interested parties had until 12 May 2014 to make representation regarding the proposed development.
